Simple instructions for Senderland 2026 event staff
1 Open the Scanner
Scan the QR code below or bookmark the scanner page on your phone before the event starts.

2 Point Your Phone at the Ticket QR Code
When someone arrives at the gate, ask them to show their ticket QR code. Point your phone's camera at their QR code. The scanner will automatically read it.
3 Look at the Screen Color
The screen will turn GREEN, RED, or ORANGE. Here's what each means:

GREEN = LET THEM IN!
You'll see their name in BIG letters. Check their ID matches the name.
ACTION: Payment verified and they're checked in. Welcome them to the event!
❌
RED = STOP!
Payment not verified or check-in failed
ACTION: Ask them to see the event organizer or show payment proof (Venmo/Cash App/PayPal receipt)
⚠️
ORANGE = ALREADY CHECKED IN
They already scanned their ticket earlier
ACTION: It's okay! They're allowed in. This just means they re-entered or scanned twice.
4 That's It!
After 4 seconds, the screen clears automatically. You're ready to scan the next person. No buttons to click, no forms to fill out!
